INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of Dulcinea spreadable cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons of milk

FOR THE GLAZE

100 g of Lacasa blueberry chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil

FOR THE ASSEMBLY

w/ fresh figs
w/s pistachios with chocolate Mi Momento Lacasa

ELABORATION

1. Pour the flour, yeast, sugar and vanilla sugar into a mug. Mix the dry ingredients well.
2. Add the vegetable oil, milk and finally the Dulcinea spread. Mix well between adding each ingredient. Mix until the mass is very homogeneous.
3. Place the mug in the microwave and bake for 1 minute. Remove cake from microwave and enjoy hot or cold.
