THE ORIGINS

LACASA, our home, was founded in Jaca (Huesca) by Antonio Lacasa in
1852. From the beginning he dedicated himself to selling chocolate that he made himself.
In 1928, 500 kilos of chocolate of four varieties were produced daily: a
the cup, with chopped almonds, superior and extra superior. LACASA later
moved to Zaragoza, where he specialized in making nougat
for pastry shops, handmade chocolates and, above all, the nougat of
chocolate with almonds.

LACASA ACQUIRES IBERCACAO
